This coverage is good for 12 months from date of purchase. Any manufacturer defects or damage caused by normal and intended use of a beach umbrella. Damaged umbrellas that need replaced will need to be shipped back to us. In some cases a replacement part can be sent directly to you without having to send the umbrella back to be repaired.
