Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Glampin’ Life. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and will be paid for by the buyer. Please note the instructions above for eligible returns. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Glampin’ Life.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We are here to take care of any problems you have with the products you order from us.

Sale items

If you are unhappy with the product, you may return it and receive a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. We must be contacted within 30 days of the original purchase, product must be shipped in its original packaging, the product is not used or damaged and you have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
