Eligible orders can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund if qualified. We do not accept returns on wheels that have been used, show any use or have been inflated.

Rio Brands products are not eligible for a return or refund, for any reason.
Canceled orders (in stock items) prior to shipping that do not fall within the details above, will have 10% deducted to cover our processing & administrative fees.
Pre-order products are not eligible for cancelation prior to shipping without written approval.
We will not accept any products shipped back to us without first being approved, an RMA number assigned and a shipping label provided to you to use. You will be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments you send without approval.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and will be paid for by the buyer (deducted from the refund amount once processed). Please note the instructions above for eligible returns. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Glampin’ Life.
If you received a damaged product, please notify the delivery company (FedEx or UPS) immediately for assistance. Please send us an email with a description of the damage with photos.
