Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligible orders can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund if qualified. We do not accept returns on wheels that have been used, show any use or have been inflated.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was not on sale
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Rio Brands products are not eligible for a return or refund, for any reason.

Canceled orders prior to shipping that do not fall within the details above, will have 10% deducted to cover our processing & administrative fees.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and will be paid for by the buyer. Please note the instructions above for eligible returns. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Glampin’ Life.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify the delivery company (FedEx or UPS) immediately for assistance. Please send us an email with a description of the damage with photos.
