Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligible orders can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund, if qualified. We do not accept returns on any products that have been used or balloon wheels that have been inflated. Check the product page to see if a product qualifies for any type of warranty.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was not on clearance sale.
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount to cover return shipping and other charges associated to a returned product.
  • The refund will be processed back to the original purchaser and the credit card used at time of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Rio Brands products are not eligible for a return or refund, for any reason.

Canceled orders (in stock items) prior to shipping that do not fall within the details above, will have 10% deducted to cover our processing & administrative fees.

Pre-order products are not eligible for cancelation prior to shipping without written approval.

We will not accept any products shipped back to us without first being approved, an RMA number assigned and a shipping label provided to you. You will be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments you send without approval.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and will be paid for by the buyer (deducted from the refund amount once processed). Please note the instructions above for eligible returns. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Glampin' Life.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify the delivery company (FedEx) immediately for assistance. Please send us an email with a description of the damage with photos.
