Please read through this carefully and provide all of the information we are asking for. These bullet points detail what we do and do not accept for returns, so please read carefully.
- Returned product must be unused, in the original package, and shipped with return label we provide (shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount). RMA # & Shipping Label will be emailed to you once approved.
- If you've removed the product from the packaging, you must include pictures showing how you've packed it back up. The same box must be used or we will not accept the return when FedEx delivers back to us, it will come back to you and no refund will be provided.
- Please fill out the online return form below - all questions must be answered to qualify for consideration.
- We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase date from original purchaser.
- Damaged or missing item(s) must be reported to Glampin' Life within 72 hours of receipt.
- Return Authorizations must be returned within 2 days of receiving your Return Authorization Approval.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
- Returned product must include a copy of the invoice or sales receipt.
- Cosmetic seconds, discontinued items, and discounted samples are sold “as is” and are not returnable.
- Rio Brands products are not eligible for a return and/or refund, for any reason.
- We do not accept returns on wheels that have been used, show any use or have been inflated.
If your purchase does not qualify based on the criteria above, it will not be considered for an approved return.
