Forget about hamburgers and hot dogs, glamp up your camping trip with campfire steak on a stick.
- 2 Ribeye Steaks
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Before leaving the house, combine the salt, pepper and garlic powder together and place in a small bag.
Prepare the campfire with hardwood or charcoal.
Season the ribeye steaks with the salt, pepper and garlic rub. Thread one skewer along the right edge of one steak. Thread another skewer along the left edge. Hover the steak over the hot coals and cook to your desired doneness, turning occasionally for even cooking
