I purchased the Ultimate Beach Cart XL during a sale, and it’s been one of the best buys I’ve made! The cart arrived quickly as promised, and putting it together was straightforward. There was one small issue with a hole that hadn't been drilled correctly, but when I reached out to the owner through their online chat (he replies personally!), he walked me through a simple fix. All I needed was a regular drill, and it was sorted in seconds. To top it off, he gave me a $50 refund without me even asking! Talk about amazing customer service. I finally took the cart to the beach, and it was a game-changer. It’s super lightweight for its size since it’s made of aluminum, which also means no worries about rust from the salty air. It easily held my beach chair, umbrella, cooler, phone, keys, drinks, and more. The balloon wheels glided effortlessly over the sand, and I didn’t have to struggle or make multiple trips from the car. I had everything unloaded and set up in about two minutes. What really stood out for me was how many people noticed the cart and commented on how convenient it looked. I couldn’t agree more – no more lugging heavy stuff through the sand! I absolutely love it and am already eyeing some of the accessories they offer. This product is worth every penny, and the exceptional customer service is just the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Very nice quality PVC over hardware store do it yourself option. I purchased 12” option to transport easy-up canopy and umbrella. Does protrude quite a bit. If not transporting too much 6” may be better option.

We’ve had our cart for a year and my husband uses it for everything! This makes our beach trips so enjoyable. We can’t drive on the beaches where we live but are at the beach 24/7 all day!! This cart has made it to where we don’t have to take multiple trips back and forth to car. Can’t wait to use it again this summer! Shipping was also very fast!!

I absolutely love this chair. I’ve tried many chairs over the years and this is the most comfortable one I’ve used. It’s so lightweight to carry.

Finally!!! An affordable wind shade that isn’t annoyingly loud. The ones I see on the beach look like a tarp whipping around, which can be annoying to be around. We bought this last summer and have enjoyed it. Easy to setup, the design isn’t loud at all and it wasn’t ridiculously priced. Happy we found this.
I bought one of these to take on a beach vaca since I have vitiligo and have to be careful in the sun. It is AWESOME! Super lightweight and very easy to set up. I’ll bet 10 people can over and asked me where I got it so they could order one! LOVE IT, highly recommend!

Hello, the online product selection and ordering was designed well for base product and add-ons. Order was shipped shortly after placing order and the products were packaged very well for protection during transport. Assembly was straight forward and made easier with online instruction video. Make sure to watch tire inflation so not to over inflate wheels.

Because I upgraded to the 16″ wheels right from the start, I cannot compare to the original wheels; but I could see the potential benefits as I rolled through the sand in just clearance alone, as well as from the increased width giving me more confidence in it not tipping sideways over some of the bumps, and I had that cart loaded to near capacity.
Like the old adage says, you get what you pay for. The cart is sturdy, well-built, offers a well-thought-through design and accessories, easy to modify on your own if you are into that, and glides through the soft sand as advertised (unlike some of my previous carts and wagons). I highly recommend watching both manufacturer videos (to include how to inflate the wheels properly). I loved that I was easily able to turn the handle inward and take off the chair holders in seconds to take up less room in my truck bed when transporting to and from vacation, and the fact that the handle height was adjustable to the height of the person pulling it through the sand supports my opinion on this cart being well-thought-through. If I had to knit-pick, I would say the instructions on how to attach the wheel to the axle could be more detailed for those who may not be handy, but if you are, it’s pretty much common sense.
Customer Service was outstanding. I had an injury pop up right before vacation and the doctor said I was not to strain for awhile. That was my excuse to pull the trigger on what I have been wanting to purchase for the last couple of years but was hesitant due to cost. I called the company, the owner expedited my shipping date and I had my beach cart with a day to spare (to put it together). That kind of personal service is a unicorn these days.

Fantastic experience! Met me on a day they were closed and assembled the cart for me…beach ready when I picked it up! Highly recommend. I got asked about the cart half a dozen times on day one!
